Hi, I’m a Maths tutor. I’ve been helping IGCSE students in Malaysia for 4 years, mostly from international schools following the Cambridge syllabus. I like working through past papers topic by topic, especially algebra and trigonometry, and showing a few different ways to approach the same question. Lessons are online, relaxed but structured, and usually end with a short recap quiz and a clear plan for the next week.

I’m an IGCSE English Language tutor and a bit of a grammar nerd. For the past 6 years I’ve worked with Malaysian students on reading papers, summary skills and composition, with a strong focus on exam timing and avoiding common wording traps. I often ask students to bring writing from school so we can fine-tune it together, turning teacher comments into clear steps and simple, memorable rules for improvement.

I’m a literature graduate now tutoring IGCSE English Literature for students across Penang and online around Malaysia. I enjoy close reading, especially poetry and modern drama, and I spend a lot of time helping students move from vague ideas to precise, quoted analysis. Over the last 5 exam cycles my students have mostly achieved A or above after consistent weekly lessons, careful feedback and plenty of timed essay practice.

Currently teaching IGCSE Bio to students from several international schools and homeschools. My background is in biomedical science and I enjoy topics like genetics, enzymes and human physiology. In lessons we sketch diagrams, label processes step by step and connect them back to typical exam questions so that revision feels more structured, with clear checklists instead of endless memorising.

I’m an IGCSE Chemistry tutor with 8 years of classroom and online experience. Most of my students struggle at first with mole calculations, acids and bases and redox, so I break these down into small routines and lots of short practice questions. I also help students tidy up required practical write-ups, interpret graphs and tables, and learn how to phrase answers in the style examiners are actually expecting.

I’m a Physics tutor working mainly with IGCSE students in Years 9 to 11 from schools around the Klang Valley. My degree is in mechanical engineering, so I’m especially confident with forces, energy, motion and basic electricity. A normal lesson starts with a few quick questions from last week, then we tackle new ideas using simple examples before moving on to exam-style problems drawn from recent past papers.

I teach IGCSE Combined Science online to students across Malaysia, many of whom are switching into the syllabus from local schools. I have 10 years’ experience teaching in an international school and know the pacing of the course very well. My lessons usually mix short explanations, annotated diagrams and quick checks for understanding, and I share simple revision schedules so students can keep up without feeling overwhelmed.

I particularly enjoy teaching coordinate geometry and probability, and I like showing how small changes in working can save marks. I’ve taught a mix of stronger students aiming for A* and those just trying to pass, so I adjust homework load, lesson speed and the balance of topics to suit each learner.
